Answer: The rules for Home Confinement are "Front Door to Back Door" and you are expected to remain in your home unless you have a pre-approved schedule to leave. You are allowed to be in an attached garage, only if it does not put you out of range of the equipment. If we receive alerts that you are out of range when in your attached garage, you will no longer be allowed there when scheduled home. If your garage is NOT attached to your home, you will not be allowed there when scheduled to be home.

Answer: Equipment must be returned within 3 business days of completion/termination of monitoring. Failure to return equipment will result in daily non-returned equipment fees being assessed to you. If equipment is not returned within 30 days, or is returned damaged, you will be required to immediately pay for any repair or replacement costs. Equipment can be returned by:

Answer: If your assigned agent has given you permission to make schedule changes directly with Community Compliance, you can make them by:
- Calling - 844-582-4990 - Schedule changes can be called in M-F from 8am to 8pm. All schedule changes must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
- Email - [email protected] - Schedule changes can be email M-F - schedule requests emailed on the weekend WILL NOT be processed until Monday (changes for a Monday must be received via email no later than 8pm on Friday). NO SAME DAY SCHEDULE CHANGES.
